Project Details

The Hannah is a 400′ x 100′ vertically integrated freezer barge that freezes, transports, and stores up to 10 million pounds of whole salmon. She embarks on a cyclical journey from Washington state to Bristol Bay each spring. At season’s end, she returns to port in Bellingham, where the catch is stored, thawed, and processed. The Hannah is the cornerstone of the Northline Seafoods fleet.

A big barge needs big power. Northline chose two BOLLARD 260kW Radiator Cooled Gensets for the job.
