Project Details

The Sea Horse is a Dravo water crane on a 142’ by 58’ by 12’ ABS certified barge with state-of-the-art GPS control and instant screen displays. The Certified lifting capacity of the unit at 40’ is 135 tons. She has a normal Height of 76 along with a Minimum draft of 6’ and a Maximum draft of 8’. The gantry has been modified for a lay-down maximum height of 51’.

The crane is fitted with two heavy-duty swing shafts and three 30’ spuds for duty cycle work. On board, she has a 21 cy cable Arm Clamshell bucket, a 10 cy 42000 lb digging bucket 14 cy 32,000 lb Atlas Dig bucket, and a 10 cy Atlas re-handle bucket.
