Built in 1998, the Safari Explorer is a boutique yacht. Her 2021 repower included two custom BOLLARD 150kW marine gensets with control panels plus SeaDrive front PTOs.
The tug Sarah Averick was launched in September 2020. She is the second of four new ASD-90 tugboats ordered by Foss Maritime and built by Nichols Brothers. Sarah Averick is operated by AMNAV.
In 2016, the Bering Star was ready to upgrade its generator. The new BOLLARD genset needed enough power to drive a thruster, the salmon pump, crab block, crane and electrical power for a pair of 50 ton RSW systems.
After being purchased in 2018 by Kitsap Transit to operate on the Seattle–Kingston route, MV Finest received a repower of BOLLARD 65kW gensets.

Western Towboat chose two BOLLARD 99kW marine generators with custom front PTO to power their new Z-drive, harbor assist tug, Mariner.
When the Arctic Wind was ready to be repowered and updated to Tier 3 compliance, MER was contracted for the job. The vessel received a custom BOLLARD™ 200kW marine generator to meet their needs.
MER is powering each of the new Foss Tier 4 Tugs with two-122kW BOLLARD gensets operating in parallel and an enclosed 65kW for ship’s power.
In March 2020 MER shipped a custom built radiator cooled, 200kW BOLLARD™ marine generator to be installed on the US Navy Torpedo Testing Ship, YTT10.
